RULES:  All rules must be followed and a completed entry form must be included with each individual entry (two photographers cannot use the same package).

PHOTOS:  All photos must be of the people, places and critters of America's rangelands. Maximum, per photographer, 5 slides (larger transparencies OK) and/or 3 prints (b/w or color). Print size must be from 5"x7" to 8"x12" only. All others disqualified.

ENTRY FORM:  Must be completed, signed, and mailed with photos and fee. Sorry, no drop-offs or pick-ups.

LABELING:  Do Not Put Names on Photographs! Your Social Security number must be on each slide or print along with location, description, and year taken.

PACKAGING: Slides must be presented in plastic sleeves. No metal or glass holders accepted (cardboard only). Prints must be unmounted. No dual credits allowed.

FOR RETURN:  A self-addressed stamped envelope large enough to hold all your return entries, and with correct return postage MUST be included with your entry. Entries without proper return SASE will be disqualified.

PERMISSION:  Contestants must grant RANGE magazine permission to use winning entries for possible use in magazine and calendar, and for other contest publicity.

ENTRY FEE:  $3 per photo, transparency or print.
